View Full Version : Comics!
lately my hubby seems to be buying lots and lots of comics, he even started to order directly from the US and is going to subscribe to some of them later this year or early next year...i find myself reading them and they are a lot different from the comics i remember....i like reading fantastic 4,
x-men and old man logan...any of you read comics?
yup,
i have so much of them and one day i decided to check the amount i spent on each of them and see how many i have, i have over $4500 worth in comics. Well at least that is the total i spent.
I have Darkness, Witchblade, Aspen, Soulfire, Tomb Raider, Fathom and some other collectibles like glow in the dark, and special edition covers of random comics etc etc. I like the collectibles and special editions. I have this one and there is only 500 copies of it in the world. ;)
How does he order them and from where? I might wanna start getting mines direct from the company too.

ooh, i highly recommend getting a copy of runaways. the story is mesmerizing
Oce look at these, these artists are getting more and more talented everyday, comics didnt look like these back then

I was so addicted to Archie comics! Gosh, that Veronica used to annoy me. What didn't Archie see that Betty was the true girl for him?! lol I still have my books home by my parents. My parents used to buy a comic book series called Amar Chitra Katha, they were about Hindu stories. They helped me learn a lot about Hindu deiteis and different aspects of Hinduism while growing up. They were very fun also. I enjoyed reading them. Those are still home by my folks as well. :)
That was it for comic books for me...I wasn't too much into the science fiction stuff. :)
lol BG, i loveddd archie's comics but now i like Xmen, fantastic 4, etc....
Pies my hubby subscribes directly from marvel comics and he also gets compilations from Barnes and Noble. Its much cheaper when you do it like that and not buy it here.
